在每个月都会举行的会员赛中，家人们毫不手软，拿出全部实力证明自己这一个月在练船上可没有“偷懒”。更让人暖心的是，不论情况如何，家人们始终会为彼此提供帮助。真正的将“友谊第一，比赛第二”这句话化为行动。

BSC致力于鼓励所有年龄层的帆船爱好者，通过帆船及其他户外活动挑战自己，超越自己，并取得卓越成效。

会员权益Membership Rights and Interests
1.会员凭本人会员卡享受本俱乐部各项服务，并按会员标准支付活动费用。
Members enjoy the club’s services on their membership cards and pay for the activities according to the membership standards.
2.会员在本俱乐部自主运营的基地[注1]的各项活动享受同样待遇与权益。
Members enjoy the same treatment and rights&interests in all activities of the club’s self-operated base [Note 1].
3.会员在本俱乐部基地租船（包括稳向板帆船、龙骨帆船（租用龙骨船须教练同船陪同）、皮划艇、桨板、帆板），可享受租船费用优惠。
Members who rent boats at the club base (including centerboard sailboats, keel boats (accompanied by instructors) and kayaks, SUPs and Windsurfings can have discounts.
4.会员可以邀请嘉宾上船体验，需按被邀请嘉宾人数付基地服务费（具体条款参见下述第八项“会员邀请嘉宾”）。
Members can invite their friends to have sailing experience. The base service fee shall be paid according to the number of invited friends(see item 8 “Members invite guests”).
5.会员购买和消费本俱乐部的各类产品，享受相应折扣:

8本俱乐部将积极组织不定期的会员活动，邀请会员参加(详情见附件B)。
The club will actively organize irregular membership activities and invite members to participate in (The details in Appendix B).

会员义务Membership Obligations
1.热爱航海，遵守俱乐部章程，维护俱乐部利益，积极参加俱乐部活动，并按规定支付各种活动费用；
People who love sailing, abide by club rules, protect club interests, actively participate in club activities, and pay for various activities according to regulations;
2.会员在俱乐部进行帆船航海活动时，必须听从现场指挥，在指定区域内航行，爱护基地和航海设施；
Members must obey on-site command, sail in designated areas and take good care of bases and sailing facilities when doing sailing activities.
3.会员间应互相尊重，遵守道德礼仪，倡导健康的帆船航海文化；
Members should respect each other, observe ethics and etiquette and advocate a healthy sailing culture.
4.会员地址或联系方式如有变更，请在第一时间书面通知本俱乐部，以便继续为会员提供服务；
If there is any change in the member’s address or contact information, please notify the club at the first time in order to continue to provide services to the members.
5.会员应在参与俱乐部内外的各项赛事的过程中，做到诚实守信、遵守规则、尊重对手、尊重裁判；
Members should be honest and trustworthy, abide by rules, respect opponents and referees in the Regatta inside or outside the club.
6.会员须尊重预约诚信，未经取消或修改的预约须按时履行；
Members should respect the integrity of the bookings. Uncancelled or amended appointments must be fulfilled on time.
7.会员若独立驾驶帆船，必须具备相应资质证明，或通过现场教练考核。
Members who sail independently must have corresponding certificates of qualifications or pass by on-site instructors.
会员租器材及年度用器材费Membership Annual Charge
1.会员租器材享受会员折扣价
Membership discount for renting boats and other equipments.
2.会员可缴纳年度用器材费，在缴费后的12个月内，享受如下优惠
Members can pay the annual membership fee and have the following discount in 12 months after they pay：
*在本俱乐部（租用船只/其他水上器材需有相应证书），免租器材费以及免基地服务费
Renting Boats and other water sports equipment free with no service fee(Please show the club your Corresponding certificates)
*在联盟俱乐部租船（租用船只需有相应证书），免租船费，只需缴纳150/天的服务费
Renting Boats and other watersports equipment in the alliance club is free but with 150RMB per day as service fee. (Please show the club your Corresponding certificates)

3.请会员提前3天以上预定船只/其他水上器材，没有提前预定的器材有可能作为教学使用或非会员使用。北京航海中心会根据会员数量调整会员专属船的数量。周一到周五期间，我们保留不少于4艘会员专属船（具体船型由北京航海中心确定）。周末期间我们将尽可能增加会员专属船只，数量依据现场情况而定。
Please book boats or other equipments more than three days in advance. The watersports equipments not booked in advance may only be used as teaching or non-members using. Beijing Sailing Center will adjust the number of members’exclusive boats according to the number of members. From Monday to Friday, we have retained no fewer than four exclusive boats (the specific ship type is determined by the club). During the weekend, we will try our best to increase the number of members’exclusive boats, depending on the situation on site.
4.在船只需求高峰期，已缴纳年度用船费的会员享有租船的优先权；如果出现会员集中预定的情况，我们将采用限时用船的方式保证尽可能的公平使用船只，在让尽可能多的会员使用船只的前提下缩减某个人使用船只的时间。
Members who have paid annual membership fees enjoy the privilege of chartering boats only during peak periods; if there are concentrative bookings of members, we will use time-limited boats to ensure the fair use of ships as far as possible, and reduce the time spent by a person using ships on the premise of allowing as many members as possible to use them.
5.会员在使用过程中因操作不当造成船只的损坏需要支付相应的赔偿。
Members shall pay compensation for damage to boats caused by improper operation.
6.对于个人会员/青少年会员来说，会员一天只能预约一种船型。
For Individual Members& Youth Members, only book one type of boats in a day.
7.对于家庭会员来说，一个家庭一次最多能预订两条船只，如果需要更多船，需要根据情况而定
For family members, a family can book at most two boats at a time ,depending on the circumstances if more boats are needed.
会员邀请嘉宾Guests Invited by Members
1.本俱乐部鼓励会员邀请嘉宾前来体验帆船航海。会员须有独立驾船能力并经过考核, 会员嘉宾可与会员同船，只需缴纳服务费150元/位，如会员嘉宾有独立驾船能力并经过考核，会员嘉宾价享受租船价九折优惠。
The Club encourages members to invite their friends to experience sailing. Members need to have ability to sail independently when they on the same boats and the guests can only pay a service fee of 150 yuan per person. If members have independent sailing ability and have been assessed by the club, they can also rent a boat with 90% discount.
2.会员需对其所邀嘉宾的海上和岸上安全问题负责。
Members are responsible for the maritime and shore safety of their invited guests。
3.每位被邀嘉宾在航海前需要完成一份游客登记表格并自行购买保险。
Each invited guest needs to complete a registration form and purchase insurance on his own before sailing.
4.被邀请嘉宾需支付基地服务费。
Each invited guests need to pay the service fee.
航海需知Sailing Instructions
1.会员有义务责任对自身及对所邀嘉宾的海上和岸上安全问题负责。
Members are obliged to take responsibility for themselves and for the safety of the invited guests at sea and on shore.
2.会员需确认自身状态适合并且具有相应的证书后方可租用船只。
Members are required to confirm that they are in a suitable condition and have appropriate certificates before they can hire a boat.
3.会员应意识到航海的危险性，并作适当的注意。本俱乐部要求所有会员需要在中心免责声明上签字。
Members should be aware of the dangers of sailing and pay attention to them. The Club requires all members to sign the disclaimer.
4.海上航行期间必须身着救生衣（须经过CE 认证）。
Members must wear the lifejackets when they doing watersports activities. The lifejackets must have CE certificated.
5.青少年和初学者在海上航行过程中还需佩戴安全帽（头盔）。
Teenagers or Beginners need to wear helmets when they doing watersports activities.
6.会员下水之前及返航之后需及时通知岸上的负责人员。水上航行必须有俱乐部救生艇跟随。
Members should inform the club Waterfront Manager before launching and after returning. Any activities on water need to be followed by the club’s lifeboats.
7.会员必须至少通过初级课程在北京基地, 中级课程在北戴河基地（或同等资质）才可以在近岸航行，同时在特定情况下，我们将根据天气状况要求海上航行的资质。
Members must pass at least Beginner course in Beijing Base and intermediate course in Beidaihe Base(or equivalent qualification) to be able to sail offshore, and in certain circumstances, we will require qualifications for sailing at sea according to weather conditions.
8.对于有航海经验，但是没有相应证书认证的，需要主教练考核认证。
Those who have sailing experience but do not have corresponding certificates need to be assessed by the Chef instructors.
9.本俱乐部鼓励会员自己动手装卸、整理、清理船只/帆板，工作人员在必要情况下可在会员完成上述活动时提供帮助，并协助下水、返航。
The Club encourages members to rig, unload, tidy up and clean up their boats and windsuring by themselves. Staff can provide assistance to members in completing the above activities, and assist them in launching and returning when necessary.
10.会员航海前须自行购买保险。
Members need to buy the insurance for themselves.
会员注意事项Notices
1.本俱乐部会籍在经俱乐部批准之后方可转让。
The membership of the club is transferable only after it has been approved by the club
2.本俱乐部有权在杂志或媒体中使用会员提供的照片。
The club has the right to use photos provided by its members in magazines or media.
3.会员需将所有联系方式告知我们，包括：家庭和工作的电话号码，手机号，家庭和公司的联系地址，个人和工作邮箱地址和紧急联系人的联系方式。
Members should inform us of all contact information, including home and work phone numbers, personal mobile phone numbers, home and company addresses, personal and work email addresses and emergency contact information.
4.上述制度将会发生一些变化，届时将会分发新的会员规则。
Some changes will take place in the above-mentioned system, and new membership rules will be distributed at that time.
5.请注意本俱乐部对此制度的任何改变拥有解释权。
Please note that the Club has the ultimate right to interpret any change of memberships.
会员资格的延续及终止Renewal and termination
1.本俱乐部会籍不设有效期。在本俱乐部存续期内，会员资格长年有效。
Membership is valid for a long period of time during the lifetime of the club.
2.会员有下列情况发生时，本俱乐部主动宣告取消会籍。
The Club cancels its membership when the following happens to its members：
3.违反本俱乐部宗旨及有损本俱乐部荣誉者。
Those who violate the purpose of the club and undermine the honor of the club.。
4.未遵守本俱乐部会员章程及其他相关规定者。
Failure to abide by the articles of association and other relevant provisions of the club.
5.患传染病或其他本俱乐部认为不适合参加本俱乐部活动之各类疾病者。
Persons suffering from infectious diseases or other diseases which the club deems unsuitable for participating in the activities of the club
附则Supplements
1.本俱乐部为维持高品质之服务水准，特订定本俱乐部会员章程，由会员全体遵守之。
In order to maintain the high quality of service, the club has specially formulated its membership charter, which shall be complied with by all its members.
2.本俱乐部会员章程、会员守则及其他相关规定如有未尽事宜得由本俱乐部决议修订之，申请人应遵守修订后之规定。
The club’s membership charter, rules and other relevant provisions may be amended by the club’s resolution if there are any incomplete matters, and the applicant shall abide by the revised provisions.
3.会员加入本俱乐部，即视为同意本章程的规定。
Members joining the club shall be deemed to agree to the rules of memberships.
4.本俱乐部按照《中华人民共和国保密法》对会员信息进行保密。
The Club shall keep the information of its members confidential in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Confidentiality
5.本章程自颁布之日起实施。
The Programme & Rules shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
6.本章程解释权、修改权属本俱乐部。
The right to interpret and amend the The Programme & Rules belongs to the club.
