The aim of leeward mark rounding is to turn the boat from the downwind course onto a close-haul course. It means exit close to the mark going at full speed. The heel, trim and control lines should be used to have turned the boat which will result in a smooth and controlled mark rounding.
绕下风标的目的是使船只从顺风航行转向近横风航行，即意味着贴标全速绕出。 船只侧倾，调帆和所有索具的运用使船能在你的控制下，平稳地绕标。
As you are preparing to round the mark, you should approach wide, this will help you achieve a tight exit. Next, prepare the control lines which include the kicker, down-haul and out-haul, then put the dagger-board down.
当你准备绕标前，需要先与浮标保持一定距离，这才有助于你完成贴标绕出的动作(远进近出)。下一步，将斜拉器和后帆角准备就绪，然后把稳向板往下插入。
As you approach the mark, heel the boat to leeward by leaning in, this will help to turn boat towards the wind.
当你在靠近浮标时，侧倾船体向下风侧，这样有助于使船转向迎风方向。
Steer the boat smoothly, round the mark whilst sheeting in quickly with both hands. Try to avoid over-sheeting by sheeting in smoothly as the boat turns.
平缓地掌舵，绕标的同时双手快速收主帆缭绳，收主帆缭绳的同时保证不会收得太紧。
As you round the mark, roll the boat flat. Finally, squeeze in the last bit of main-sheet to close -haul. Try to exit as close to the mark as possible and find you in control as appropriate.
完成绕标后，(利用自身体重)将船压平，进入平稳行驶的状态，走向近横风后，收紧最后一点主帆缭绳。尝试绕标时跟浮标贴的得越近越好，并控制得恰到好处。
